Love the book and love the film. beautifully acted by both leads. even though I believe in the whole institute of marriage thing, I was kind of half hoping she would leave with robert. the scene at the end where she has her hand on the door, just about to leave, is filled with such tension and emotion.
it's so heart-wrenching. I cry every time I see it.
