I LOVE this movie, but I do find it quite difficult to watch because I so desperately want it to end differently. I won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it, but, if you have, then you'll know what I'm talking about.
I guess what makes this such a powerful film (aside from stunning, totally believable performances by Streep & Eastwood) is that surely everybody dreams of meeting their true perfect soulmate - a story told so beautifully here.
