Clint Eastwood is so old and unattractive in the film, that it was kind of hard for me to accept the romance. That superficial complaint aside, great film. A good love story, photographed & directed beautifully by Eastwood, and anchored by a very deserving Oscar nominated performance from Meryl Streep.
