Review of The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957) by Ian T — 02 Jan 2010
Stip upper lip, what what old chap? A bit old fashioned for my liking, not much got to do with reality more got to do with the Brits romantic view of themselves. A little overlong too, I mean the japanese want officers to work, they refuse, they build the bridge they blow it up.
..not much else happens. Still not a bad yard.
