Arguably one of the greatest, if not the greatest war film ever made. Incredible performances all around but Alec Guinness's performance was indeed most deserving of the Oscar. It's an attention grabbing film from start to finish, from the beautifully shot jungle scenes to the heated conflicts between the opposing officers.
Topped off with the perfect ending to great film, this is a must-see-film for any and all movie buffs.
