Review of The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957) by Nik M — 16 Aug 2013
A tough but perfectly dramatic war film, David Lean's epic doesn't seem to be on anyone's side and analyses a situation beautifully through the use of suggestive cinematography, the roles of its characters, and one critical setting.
An excellent film.
