Softcore melodrama that takes a little too long to get going. A couple of great action set-pieces, decent cinematography and fantastic wirework. Not earth-shattering, but certainly better than the "J-Mythos" we're being force-fed as "art" lately (I'm looking at you Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon or Curse of the Golden Flower).
