Review of The Breakfast Club (1985) by Gabbo P — 19 Oct 2012
The Breakfast Club is without a doubt one of the greatest films to come out of the 80s, what makes the film great is that while it may have been made in the 80s, the film itself is timeless as it contains a plot (five teens being in detention for a day, and they spend time together) and characters (an athlete, a brain, a basket case, a princess, and a criminal) that one can relate to, in addition to that, the actors play their parts well, and the interaction between the characters is both humorous and heaps of fun (major props go to Judd Nelson as Bender, and Ally Sheedy as Allison), highly recommended.
