Review of The Breakfast Club (1985) by Caden H — 25 Aug 2013
It's amazing how a movie so simple can be so good. This movie was a hit in the 80s and has become a classic. This is one of my favorite movies from the 80s and will hold it's place. The acting is great and the story is so simple that is smart. The soundtrack is very good and will have them be stuck in your head for the next couple days. This is a classic and a great movie for teens. 10/10.
Sex and nudity: 4/10 some sexual conversations (being a virgin, a nymphomaniac, etc) and a shot of a girls underwear.
Blood and gore: 4/10 No blood or gore. Lots of arguments and a knife is pulled. A cigar burn is seen and there is stories of child abuse.
Profanity: 8/10 Good amount of language.
Drugs/ smoking/ drinking: 6/10 The breakfast club gets high off weed. A girl says she drinks vodka.
Frightening/ intense scenes: 5.5/10 None besides the stories of child abuse that some people might find intense.
