Review of The Brave One (2007) by Ioannis K — 30 Mar 2009
Quite disappointing as it stars Jodie Foster but it seems she does like picking movies where she has to put half the effort in these days, this is pretty much Death Wish with a Women, if it wasn't for the morel issues which are mentioned in it which was the most interesting point to the movie it would be just another churn of the Mill Vigilante movie.
The "Woe is me" moments in which Foster tussles with her mind whether or not she any right to take the law into her own hands gets rather tiresome past the half way point, what I did like is the issue of how you go on living when someone who you cared dearly has been unfairly taken from you.
So far what I have seen Naveen Andrews has a knack for playing characters which die and this is no exception, entertaining but it is by No Means a Winner !
