Top notch drama with Jodie Foster as NY radio host Erica Bain, who is brutally assaulted one night and her fiance is killed. Feeling that the police aren't doing enough Erica goes after the killers herself to hand out some righteous justice.
Terrence Howard is the detective assigned to her case. Very effective drama with another strong performance by Ms. Foster. Be warned this film does feature some graphic violence but it doesn't glorify it.
A must see. Flixster - Share Movies.
