Review of The Brave One (2007) by Richard C — 31 May 2009
Not so much a thriller - more a remake of Batman, with Foster as Bruce, Howard as Gordon, and the unfriendly large neighbour as Alfred. Foster is superb as she puts on the growly exterior of this hardened lady - but it's all about the ridiculous bad luck and cliched incidents which leads her to become a more serial killer then vigilante.
Give it a miss.
