A depressing and dark revenge fantasy, "The Brave One" is not a nice enjoyable movie to watch over dinner. Though you feel sorry for Jodie Foster's character, by the middle she's just asking for trouble.
That said, the acting is good and the action is believable. Too bad there's no chemistry between Jodie Foster and Sayid.
