Review of The Brain That Wouldn't Die (1962) by Loz F — 15 Dec 2007
SLOTH LOVE CHUNK.
Pretty bad stuff considering the bulk of the movie is about the main character looking for a sexy body.
He looks because his special lady was decapitated, and he wants to reattach it (dynamite plot idea!), so the best scene comes when he goes to a stip club type place and is about to take a girl home and then another comes in so he can't be seen with the would-be-dead stripper. then the two girls fight and then a quick cut to these two pictures of cats looking at eachother and a cheesy meow sound comes out, I pretty much laughed for like ten minutes.
And then the monster of the movie looks like the inspiration for sloth from the goonies.
Four stars for awfulness, fine holiday fun!
