Review of The Brain That Wouldn't Die (1962) by Kelly H — 11 Feb 2008
Oh, jan in a pan. it's a superfabulous B movie about the terror and wonder of science and misogyny. its got all of that late fiftties/early sixties awesomeness with the Jazz music and the "gentlemen's club" and dubious science/god complex.
I'm suprised someone didn't pull out a reefer cigarette at some point. watch it for a giggle and take a drink every time someone says "science" or "scientist", but don't drive afterwards or your girlfriend might be decapitated and you'll have to troll burlesque clubs to find someone who's body you can transplant her head onto but then someone will come in and see you and you will have to start the search all over again!
