Review of The Boys of Baraka (2005) by Elise M — 18 Jan 2009
Great documentary. The change in the boys after they attended Baraka was amazing. Richard's story was indredibly sad, I hope he's doing okay now. It really shows how schools fail these kids by having no structure and no individual attention - Baraka school pushed them to their full potential, and it's sad they have to travel 10,000 miles away to get a decent education.
