Gregory Peck and Lawrence Olivier talking with bad Germanic accents...and they got a Golden Globe and a Oscar nom respectively? I'd say the Academy/HFPA must've been on crack if crack was around in '78.
It's not inconceivable that the Brett Ratner remake will be much better. Wha, did I just say that? (Too bad Haley Joel Osment or Elijah Wood are too growed up to play boy Hitler.) Young Steve(n) Guttenberg is awesome, rocking the Jew-fro.
