Review of The Boys from Brazil (1978) by Edward B — 03 Jul 2008
The dangers of genetic engineering are explored in a far fetched plot to create a Fourth Reich. Franklin Schaffner handles everything with his usual portentous tone and the two leads ham it up to the max in a formulaic thriller with "shock" open ending.
Based on Ira Levin's novel.
