Review of The Boys Are Back (2009) by Kyriakos C — 27 Mar 2011
This movie, though some may feel distanced or estranged by the affection from Clive Owen, quite vividly encaptured moments which occurred in my own life. Having experienced much of the sentiment which is found in this film first hand, I could say that it felt real.
Not for a moment do you feel that the acting is being regurgitated from a script, but that it is sincere emotion. By the end I felt I needed to call my dad and let him know how much I love him. Simply brilliant without the intense tear mongering of a typical Sparks novel.
