A wonderful film for parents to watch with their kids, depicting the plight of a WW2 orphan who wakes up one morning to find his hair has mysteriously turned green. Over night, he is subjected to ridicule and ignorant behaviour from his classmates and the adults in his life.
The lovely dream sequence reveals to the young lad a desire to spread tolerance and pacificism with mixed results. A gem.
