Review of The Boy (2016) by Anthony T — 04 Feb 2016
The boy was a pretty decent film for the first 3/4ths of the movie. It was fun, creepy, interesting, and overall just enjoyable... I know a lot of people may hate the ending, and it's understandable... Still worth the watch.
Okay, the following part will contain hints of spoilers......
For me, the ending reminded me way too much of housebound, not that it's a bad thing, it just completely changes the tone of this film and for a straight up horror movie, it almost seems like jumping the shark.
