The animated films seem to get better and better. Another well done animated film. Boxtrolls is a film you'd think Tim Burton did, but guess what? He didn't. The film is filled with an intense story that's very dark, a strong voice cast, and good animation.
The Boxtroll creatures are very cute to look at. I do feel parts of the film may be a bit too much, particularly for young children and even then the film also gives you moments when you're into the film and sometimes you're not.
Overall though a good film. I'm predicting a nominee this year for animated film. My grade=88%(B+).
