More coherent than the fantastically disappointing Southland Tales, this Noir-ish Sci-Fi thriller attempts to weave a story of greed and accountability through a thankless rehash of an old 80's Twilight Zone episode with hugely limited success.
After the critical and commercial success of apparent 'cult-classic' Donnie Darko, Kelly continues to underwhelm with his subsequent efforts.
