Review of The Box (2009) by Adrian Z — 28 Jul 2012
Practically incoherent reworking of the short story "Button, Button", made famous as a Twilight Zone episode. Here, the retelling of the story in the initial half hour, leads to some convoluted, and boring, mumbo jumbo involving perhaps extraterrestials, or angels.
Too hard to tell, impossible to care. Epic fail in storytelling. Awful screenplay and rather mediocre performances to boot.
