Review of The Bourne Supremacy (2004) by Jay L — 23 Jun 2013
"They Should Have Left Him Alone..".
Jason Bourne is back as Director Paul Greengrass and Matt Damon team up in the second installment of the Bourne trilogy. It's a continuation of many of the events that went down in the first film. This espionage thriller is flooded with non-stop action, gripping fight and chase scenes, and a story for the ages.
The story takes off where the Bourne Identity ended, Bourne is hiding from the infamous black op, Treadstone with his girlfriend. A shadowy and shady multinational agency frames Bourne, and he and his girlfriend are yet again on the run. As Bourne plays a global cat and mouse game with the Treadstone assassins, the Central Intelligence Agency zeroes in on him by random pop-ups on the electronic grid. Trusting nobody and being relentlessly pursued by the worlds top operatives, Bourne must stuck to his instincts or fall victim to the very people that trained him.
Matt Damon is once again perfect as Jason Bourne. It also features appearances by Julia Stiles and Franka Potente. The Bourne Supremacy will keep you watching all the way through, it's even better than the first film.
