Rooftops, motorcycle chases. Yep, it's a Bourne film. Renner was fine. Norton might as well have been played by Clint Howard. I applaud the writers for not belittling the original films, and leaving it open ended if Damon does ever return to the franchise.
Passable sequel but desperately missing some urgency to the plot.
