Review of The Bourne Legacy (2012) by Mel C — 06 Aug 2013
Good.
An expansion of the universe from Robert Ludlum's novels, centered on a new hero whose stakes have been triggered by the events of the previous three films.
I like how they put the story in the time of the third Bourne movie. While Jason Bourne did chaos and took down everything, Aaron Cross battle his own battles with Dr. Marta Shearing while chased acrose the globe to be executed. The project must shut down. Sure, eliminate all.
Good action pack. Love Jeremy Renner in it. Would love new movie with Cross and Bourne together. Overall, good entertaiment.

Byer: Jason Bourne was just the tip of the iceberg.

Byer: We are the sin eaters. It means that we take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us, so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible, and absolutely necessary.
