Who needs Damon and Greengrass?
The Bourne Legacy is a fast moving action thriller that does a remarkable job at making its protagonists likeable. and human, and manages to keep the overall tone out of grim and depressing territory.
Renner has an uncanny ability of making even the strongest men seem vulnerable, and he is quite brilliant throughout.
Well worth your time. I'm glad I didn't pay too much attention to the reviews for Legacy.
Roll on Legacy 2!
