Review of The Bourne Identity (2002) by Vinayak M — 25 Jun 2012
One of my favourite movies. Plunged headfirst into this mystery and gripping from start to finish this first installment of the Bourne series set some seriously high standards with some of the best choreographed fight scenes and an unforgettable car chase.
This movie never forgets its humanity and by the time the movie is almost through we feel so deeplyfor the two main characters. The climax of the film is emotionally satisfying and this film can definitely stand on its own even without all of the magnificent sequels of the Matt Damon trilogy.
Repeat viewings are never a bore. Definitely recommended.
