Review of The Bourne Identity (2002) by Lizzy J — 17 Jun 2013
After years of purposely giving the Bourne films a wide berth I decided to sink my teeth into them. Thankfully, it was a wise move as they were all thoroughly enjoyed. The first feels a lot more like an action film of the 90s than the slick efforts of the third, echoed in its soundtrack and "Lola's" Potente being cast.
Comparisons to the Craig Bond series will always be made, and whilst Casino Royale was a much better spy film, the Bourne series delivers far better with its maintained thrills.
