Review of The Bourne Identity (2002) by Chris W — 15 Mar 2013
I don't have a lot of faith in plots that revolve around amnesia, because usually they're done horribly. The Bourne Identity on the other hand isn't bad. It just takes too long for much action to happen.
But it's not all bad, because the action is pretty good when it does finally happen. I don't find Matt Damon to be a very appealing lead (probably because I find Matt Damon to be a modern Hollywood cliché), but he does have his moments.
I find the film's style to be a little too artificial, but otherwise, it's a decent movie.
