Review of The Bounty Man (1972) by Michael W — 28 Jan 2014
Rather unusual production for Aaron Spelling has a weary bounty hunter off to collect a lucrative fugitive, complicated by the accompaniment of the fugitive's girlfriend and a trail of opportunists seeking the bounty themselves.
Clint Walker is steely and tough in the lead and there is some development in his character here. While this one drags a little at times, overall a good western but still largely indistinguishable from its Italian counterparts of the era.
