If you can get pass all the anal jokes and completely idiotic plot, The Boss Baby isn't actually quite as bad. It is an okay movie that kids will most likely enjoy, and adults can get a few chuckles out of.
The voice acting is convincing and the jokes mostly work, but the scenery is extremely silly. If you can accept that the movie is likely to keep you invested, especially thanks to Alec Baldwin and a somewhat heartfelt ending.
