Our family loved this movie and story! Alec Baldwin was hilarious, and perfect for this role! It was also fun to see a little mocking of the dog obsessed culture that has taken over. Don't listen to the critics.
The corporate office humor and parenting challenges had adults laughing out loud, and it was fun to hear the kids erupting in laughter at all the right moments. Go see it!
