The Boss Baby is a lighthearted sweet children's movie, the plot has some flaws but the idea of telling the story's perspective from the eye of the children makes it lot better, animation was good, I like the chasing sequence in the pre-finale.
I enjoyed Alec Baldwin's performance but I think Tobey Maguire's voice was not the best choice as narration. In late second half of the movie, I felt pacing was bit off but other things were done well.
It was a fun and refreshing experience overall.
