Review of The Boss (2016) by Jacob S — 11 Apr 2016

Short version: I probably laughed less than anyone else in the theater. There are a few funny gags, but most go on for too long, the story is phoned it, the characters and plot weren't very consistent, and there wasn't much there to keep me invested.

Positives: Peter Dinklage looked like he was having a ball, and even though Kathy Bates is only in it for a minute, she's always great. Overall, I don't recommend it, but at least something took the top spot away from Batman v Superman.

I've already said enough about that movie, so now I just hope that it begins to go away.
