It's ever much the gun fetishist's dream as the previous movie but with a script that tries and falls short. Troy Duffy can very much direct a movie, but he should've spent a little more time boning up the story on this one and less time browsing the arsenal.
Unfortunately, it's just engaging enough to remind you how good the first movie is, but too cheesy to be memorable.
