Review of The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day (2009) by Hannah D — 11 Jun 2010
Just as I panned the sequel to Transformers, and the majority of second movies to come out, I will not do that with this.
This was everything that a sequel should be, retaining the same style, wit, and all the traditional cult enjoyment that made the first movie such a favourite.
Despite looking so much older than they did (not surprising how long it's been) the same energy is there, the chemistry between Flanery and Reedus is a brotherly as it's ever been.
I thorougly enjoyed it.
8/10.
