Overall, it was disappointing compared to the original. The first half features corny gangsters, a MILF detective that we don't even really care about (who becomes annoying later on anyway) and the two saints were made to look silly as well.
Second half of the film does make up for it to an extent, but by the end you're still left hungry. A low production value and loss of plot direction leaves this sequel as a dud, and its unfortunate.
