Throw a ton of shit at the wall and see how much of it sticks seems to be the idea behind the sequel to one of the most average movies I've ever watched.
Clifton Collins Jr was fun and Julie Benz was ok but other than that nothing really entertained character wise but a few of the action sequences were pretty good.
The film had sections in it where it seemed like a mad man had been given a typewriter to hack out the script including a bit of Dennis Leary stand up lifted wholesale and put into the film.
