Maybe not better than the first, but definitely more fun and gleefully violent. Troy Duffy may steal a lot from the likes of Tarantiono, but it can't be denied that no one has mastered the filming of gun fighting to the same degree as himself.

Also, for the first time in my life the final acts of a movie suggesting the possibility of a sequel has gotten me pumped a la max, instead of the usual groan of displeasure no matter how good the movie.
