Review of The Boondock Saints (1999) by Othmane C — 02 Sep 2012

We can see solely that this is a movie that still exists in circulation solely on user review and I have a good one just as everyone else. This movie had slipped by me as I was younger when it was released.

Being that it's an independent film, I caught it one day on IFC. It blew me away, because it had every element that a film needed to be what it was. I know that doesn't make alot of sense, but The story was very well written and just the style brought by Reedus and Flanery was the perfect rendition of two men trying to right wrongs by doing more wrong.

It's hard to explain, but everything just clicks to me and it goes down as being a great film.
