Review of The Boondock Saints (1999) by Alex M — 30 Nov 2012
Wow. I've never seen a larger difference between what critics think and what the audience thinks. This represents a definite disconnect that critics have with the average movie-goer.
This is the kind of movie that is poetry to young men. That is not to be taken lightly. Maybe the world could benefit from getting some younger perspectives in the "critics" pool. The opinions of old white men can not be the only ones that matter.
Also, RT is in desperate need of better functionality to support demographics and their different tastes.
