This movie was HORRIBLE. It looked like the Germans were all victims of Hitler and were not supportive of him. The whole "death narrating the movie" was really cheesey -- they should have taken some pointers from Ingmar Bergman.
S The Seventh Seal. The whole thing was macabre and depressing and after 2+ hours I realized I'd wasted my life and hadn't even been entertained. This was just really bottom of the barrel existentialism with no point.
