Review of The Book Thief (2013) by Madison M — 10 May 2014
The ending is by far one if the best endings I have ever seen in a movie. I just loved how real it was, liesells thoughts were a child's perception on the holocaust...and you know they were actually more developed than the adults in that time period: why can't we read the books? Why do innocent men have to hide because of their religion? I read the book 2 times and each time I cried.
This movie made me cry harder then I did reading the books because it was all just so real. I recommend this movie to anyone with a soul and a heart for what happened to all of those innocent people.
