Not really knowing what to expect going into the theater, during the first half of this movie all I could think was "wow, this is the best movie I've seen in years!" because, well, so far it was.
right around the scene where they get to the house and have the "big showdown" where eli loses the bible is where the movie started slipping. people keep whining about "religious themes" or some crap, which I noticed but really just ignored because well who cares? lol but yeah great movie for the first half, pretty dumb ending but I'd watch it again.
