Review of The Book of Eli (2010) by Marc A — 16 Jun 2012
Great film, Washington is incredible as victim/hero. The movie is paced perfectly, with Eli's steely calm reminiscent of Eastwood in his spagetti westerns. The overall theme is one of hope and faith, very inspiring.
The twists at the end beg a second viewing of the movie, which I enjoyed even better than the first...
