Review of The Book of Eli (2010) by Timothy G — 15 Oct 2012
A post-apocalyptic story of one man's faith in a book, in a devastated world that has lost faith. The book being the last one of it's kind. Denzel Washington is cast well as Eli, the lone traveller in possession of the key to saving mankind from itself.
Gary Oldman puts in his usual powerful performance and Mila Kunis plays her role well. Action is provided by well choreographed fight scenes and some western style gunfights.
