Review of The Boat (1921) by Harpreet S — 20 Aug 2011
This might be Buster's best short film, with an endless array of gags that easily fit into his most common obsessions, including, amongst others, the malleability of the living environment, water, and boats.
By the time his beloved Damfino is flipping around the screen like a washing machine cycle, with Buster frantically scrambling upside down from end to end, water coming in from every direction, it's pure comedic anarchy.
