Review of The Blue Lagoon (1980) by Michael L — 29 Oct 2008
Lies somewhere between totally enchanting and completely naff. Still, with its gorgeous locales and oddly charming eroticism, this is a deserved cult classic.
Also: Christopher Atkins is HOT, and I'm surprised I haven't seen him in anything else. Plus, it's nice that Brooke Shields' characters starts off as an agent of sexual desire, rather than an object of it (an irritatingly rare occurence).
